So. I've been a bit lazy with putting stuff up here. I was hoping to put it on my website, but it's been acting up. A bunch has happened over the summer.

I ordered a computer desk from some shark dealers. No they weren't real sharks. After a month of them saying they tried to deliver it, I went over there and and went with them to deliver it. I found out there were missing parts after I figured out how to put it together. They sent me the "missing screws" two weeks later and I found out I needed suction cups. I think it was two weeks ago I finally got it put together and got my cheap computer chair from evanston last week.

Between this and me procrastinating, I haven't gotten the animation done I was planning. Two months...

So, I have a bunch of stuff...that I'm not going to put up here. I'm going to put my website to good use and put it up there once my crazy finals are done. Those who know my site are welcome to paroose it.

I finally got my background art done for one of my classes. Now it's just my comic and two animations...and my backs already gone for the day. Hmm...

I was looking at this article on The Princess and the Frog and it was saying how the alligator looked very familiar. I think it looks like a mix of the Croc from Peter Pan and the Croc (or Alligator) from All Dogs Go to Heaven. It seems to steer more towards All Dogs Go to Heaven. Croc singing in a New Orleans Sewer? I'm still quite excited though. Disney's is kind of known for reusing animal designs.

A lot of things have happened over the month and I thought I'd update this. My sister came to visit over her Spring Break. It was fun watching her gasp at everything and complaining about the "city air (dumpsters)."

I got two animated shorts started. Both I'm finishing over the summer...I wanna color this Eyeball Monster one and don't think I can get that done in 3 weeks. I might put a test up soon. of the Eyeball one. I know I'm a little slow with this, but I finally figured out I could create a playlist on my iPod just for animating. So much more convenient. No offense, Korn...he comes after Jewel.

I finally got this flash project done...the first two projects for it. After spending 4 weeks on the last one, I realized I couldn't finish it, but yay for forgiving employers right?

Last night I got to sleep...and it was amazing. I still don't have that darned Penguin movie yet though. I was watching Balto and right towards the end Steele sounds a lot more like Tigger (same voice actor). I just want someone to dub Steele over Tigger's lines on youtube...I'm going to look. Also, anyone who hasn't done this yet. Frame through Dixie saying Steele's disposable. It's very funny.

I had a bunch of plans to work on things over Spring Break...and kinda threw that out the window. For two days all I did was sleep. Not sure how healthy that is...but yay! I got a bunch of new sketches that my scanner messed up, so I have to mess with 'em in photoshop, but eventually they'll get up here.

After two days of trying to change my brush size in Flash, I figured out all I had to do was change the workspace...but everything's running smoothly now, so that makes me happy.


I basically have work off for the week, so I can work on things I was going to when I was sleeping.

I recorded the sound for one of my final films today. My voice actor did this really creepy voice and that inspired me to figure out poses for the characters. All I will say is…eyeballs. Hehe.

I had to distribute flyers for work and lugged around this big box…I stopped counting how many people opened the door for me. I almost wanted to do a little queen bow.
